I'm just making some logical assumptions, namely:
(1) that this management team have ALREADY made millions in this industry,
(2) this NEW ESTABLISHMENT one can only assume to make MORE of the same (again, why bother if not?),
(3) that the current market cap is under $300,000... pps under $.03,
(4) that a reasonable, "immediate" (short term) target - based upon the profit that can speculatively be anticipated (again, from their history and credentials) would be in the millions..., I'm throwing out there $5-11M as what "must" be in their minds to make this worthwhile,
(5) that they have the MEANS... the blueprint, business plan, network, connections, expertise, technology (i.e., all that is necessary) to ACCOMPLISH this... which is dependent upon...
(6) their capacity to RAISE MAJOR CAPITAL... i.e., TO DRIVE THE SHARE PRICE UP to accomplish a BIG VISION....

And all that ignited with the first release, most likley coupled or followed by some major agreements released immediately thereafter to drive the momo quickly out of PK / OTC orbit....

At least, if I were THEM... and was MOVING from HIGH-PROFIT MAKING other enterprises, to at least attain minimal profit from where I've been... the above is what I'd need to do be thinking to get there... otherwise, again, why bother?
