I just got off the phone with FRED.
First and foremost AMHD nor any of it’s officers are selling nor have they sold any shares. The company has no shares to sell. Fred is limited by the dribble rule but has not sold a single share.

Second, people are being exceptionally rude when they call. They are using vulgarity with the receptionist that is simply not acceptable in this day and age.

He understands that an iHub poster has created some sort of panic. He is very un-happy with this blatant attempt to manipulate the stock (paraphrased).

He was definitely pissed.
