Tried to find information but could not dig it out ...

I presume A and B common are equal. Do both have voting rights? Are the "B" result of Kerr-McGee spin off?

And what I read 9.5% note holders get 70% of equity in reorganized and unsecured general claims get 30%.

Has that been changed to leave room for current common shareholders?
