Here is the problem:

These guys cannot run a business

They cannot raise private investment because any due diligence will reveal this and the many failed business and shadow companies they run.


These guys will never get approval for NFA because of the "are you being sued" clause.

Share price is so low that even if everthing else did not matter they have no way of keeping afloat.

Tradetablet is about 7 years too late as traders no longer use Excel, maybe they should think about easylanguage.

Not a single milestone set from last year achieved.

No reasonable explanation as to why they walked away from the 2nd best performing hedgefund in the usa.

No clear communication with shareholders about anything.

Share count kept private

No shareholders meeting.

No explanation of delays

No audited financials

No trade tablet that was due last year.

No NFA registration

No money from shareholders should be the response. That will be mine.
