GDMN/AUM.to: Get your voice heard, let's contact the company asking them to consider list on Amex without diluting the shareholders!
GDMN just got another 5 million sentient, should have cash around 20 million. Their market cap is now fully qualify to be listed on Amex. When the stock was trading at 4-5 dollars, we understand they have to increase share count in order to be listed on Amex. Now it is no longer required! Some shareholders have been asking the company to consider straight up list on Amex without raising any money because they don't need additional money until they start building the mine. I heard the company was considering the proposal.
It would be great news for all shareholders if they can uplist without any dilutions.

Buy cheap, undiscovered stocks!
