As you already know from our press releases we added a number of new projects to the Invicta Group this quarter. Our goal is to finish all accounting and reporting as soon as possible. We are currently reviewing everything and waiting on some of the insurance information for Water Tower and some of the suppliers/vendors/warehouses for final POs and inventory numbers for STL. We will upload the information to pinksheets.com and release a PR as soon as they are complete.

Keep in mind although these numbers will obviously be significantly higher than last quarter, because of our additions, many of these additions were not added until the middle or end of the quarter so the 1st quarter of 2010 will be the first full quarter with all the new projects added as of today.

You have probably read in our PRs that we are not putting all our eggs in any one basket to protect the company from any unexpected changes in any markets or projects moving forward. We will also continue to look for as many quality projects, partnerships, and acquisitions that will help us grow a solid diverse company for the future.

I am very pleased with the way things are coming together internally with the company. I don't understand why the stock price and volume are down as we improve the company. I think it will be up to individual investors, market makers, and day traders to do their own math and make their own decisions based on the numbers and not based on personal opinions (positive or negative).

Everyone has and will have their own opinions based on whatever personal experiences or personal opinions they have about anything. I think the business world and the stock market should be based more on actual numbers, facts, and results. Most people that trade stocks on the pinksheets don't really understand the rules the companies have to follow and the many market conditions we don't control. Most people are going to rush to a decision without all the facts and without all the numbers. I encourage people to do their own math and make their own opinions.

My job is to grow the business and report our results to the public as soon as they are available. I will continue to do everything I can to build a solid business and we will report everything to the public as soon as the information is available.

Thank You
Paul
