Sad thing is I bought this because scll got the right to use pluristem cell technology from psti, which dropped, RS then dropped more. The danger of such a low price is a reverse split, which allows the stock price to reduce to the .001's again.
For me this stock went straight down. The odds of it going up are slim to none.
