Can someone please provide an intelligent answer...

to the question of profit SPECIFIC to POWN? Clearly, Stan Lee can receive compensation for his work that has no correspondence to POW!?... In which case our chorus of the market impact of Marvel, Disney, Merchendise, Film... etc. has only incidental correlation at best... (versus direct profit)

Publically traded companies are established to raise capital to deploy a specific business plan. What is Stan Lee's business plan? WHAT TYPE of profit specifically bolsters POW!? WHY does Stan want to raise business capital... when (I assume) he's been personally paid, handsomely, for market aspects of Marvel, etc...

DOES Stan Lee = POW!?

ON THE ANECDOTAL POSITIVE, clearly Disney didn't just cut Stan a personal check, but BOUGHT SHARES of his company...

IN on POWN... but not CRYSTAL-CLEAR on why... :)
