Throwing this out there from the bleachers in left field.

What if Neom needs financing from YA b/c Neom is the one thinking of acquiring someone else? It wasn't mentioned neom needed it to keep operating...and the 120 day time frame is long enough to do a lot of grunt work for an acquisition. Would this help explain why htis happened so abruptly and so strangly? Is this even a possibility?

The floor is open.....I'm just trying to find ways to possibly keep my sanity in this stock. This is all my opinion by the way.
