The reason I ask about DD on JICL is because it appears that the president of the company referred to in PR's & documentation as Javan Enock is actually Javan E. Bidogo. JICL seems to stand for Javon Investments Company, Ltd. The listed website (http://www.jicl-tz.com) doesn't work. I also found the geological report of the "MSANGACHUKI-LONDONI GOLD PROSPECT SINGIDA REGION." I have no clue what it means or how to read it, but it was apparently completed in October 2008. Here is the document in case anyone else understands what the technical stuff all means:

The document looks pretty good & official to me, having maps, addresses, phone numbers, etc. That's also where I found the web site. I would also think that all the technical info would be a plus for giving credibility to this all being real as well.

This may all be old stuff that has already been discussed here, but I just came across it for the first time today. Sorry if it's already been talked about, but if so, I would appreciate if someone who was here prior would just summarize what the conclusion was in a quick reply.
