mwab52....interesting, I'm contacting ETrade and asking if I can move my shares in HESG from TDA to ETrade (low teen in millions)and the agent can't give me an answer and needs to check with his supervisor. He mentioned that his records show the OS at 50mil (wrong). They will also check with HESG's TA. I'll be interested to see the response from ETrade. They may block this move based on the ability (or lack of) to cover.
