what IS the definition of 'organic'? Feeding cattle converted corn stalks sounds quite UN-organic but must be very efficient and quite a recycling feat.

To me, if you want true organic food, then you buy what is in season from the farmer next door but be prepared to spend 50% of your income on food. Cows evolved to eat grass, not corn, but there is no way you are going to feed this population naturally, worse the waste of land necessary to grow that much corn.

im not preaching, but a Co. needs to beware using the correct verbage for their products. I have a large, long position in SIAF at 1.25.
