I think it is hard to call something a flop when it is the #1 best seller on amazon in: Baby > Bathing & Skin Care > Soaps & Cleansers > Bar Soaps

Might not be a huge category but check it out, it beats out a lot of well known products such as Johnson and Johnson's baby soap. Might want to send an email to J&J and ask them if a product that is beating them in sales is a flop.
