Sorry, wrong name. Mr. David H. Williams is a director and member of the Audit and Compensation Committee. So what does Mr. Williams know as a result of this committee that has caused him to buy so many shares over the past few months? Mr. Williams is also the person who signed and filed the 8-k in December.
