Hello Camelion,

Thank you for your interest in the Invicta Group.

As you probably know there are only 2 ways for a company to sell free trading shares instantly as a pinksheet company.

1. Do a Rule 504 transaction
or
2. Do a Reg A filing

We have not done any 504 transactions and we do not have a Reg A filing in place so we have not sold any free trading shares instantly for as long as I have been CEO since June of 2008. If we had either a 504 or a Reg A set up anyone could search the public records and see the filing. I encourage people to search the public records to verify that we have not done a 504 or a Reg A so they can see it for themselves.

We don't know who would want to sell at .0004 or why. We can't control what market makers and day traders do on a daily basis. My goal is to grow a solid company and release PRs, Pinksheet updates, and other online updates on a regular basis to continue to inform the public of our progress.

Thank You
