Knowing as much as any in here (read: very little), I suspect that the slow but significant growth of the PPS, particularly last week, did attract small traders who now do fool around with this stock.

I somewhat doubt that the assumed accumulator(s) we talk to since a few month did buy 100,000 shares at $0.055.

Another scenario one could 'imagine' is that the management (accumulator) is on the verge of making his coming out relative to his plan and, just before he does, he did try to make a final push to get additional shares before justifying the market to get involved.

However my bet is that the PPS will soon get back in the $0.035 range and the management will not come out for few months still.
