Why is reverse split even ?
It's not even but in ESFS case is IMO imminent.

1) the share structure is far from acceptable regarding OS , so
OS must be reduced in one way or another to achieve 1:5 / 1:10
OS/AS ratio

2) if and when and if and when there will be enough cash on hand ESFS to be uplisted on OTCBB , RS should be very smart move as
in first phase PPS will automaticly increase to same 1.2-1.5$
and will atract much more investors than ordinary pennys.As they
say "You're not serious if you trade under buck."OK,Question is
if it'll stay there but however.

There are many other points as well, but those two I believe are
most important.
IMO.
