Why didn't ENMD get a loan or share sale directly from Celgene? I am unhappy that the company paid a substantial fee to find a buyer for the shares when they need every dollar for their clinical trials. Did Celgene refuse or did ENMD management refuse to deal with Celgene? I am trying to determine whether the news is positive or negative.
Any insight is welcome. TIA
