Thanks jrf. The last conversation I had with them was yesterday, and that was the first time they mentioned the form 144b (or whatever it is) to me. They also said something about a $95 fee just to possibly research it (as you stated). But they also said (once again) that they'd be getting back to me with more info.

Crazy stuff... I keep telling them that the opinion letter should let me get these shares unrestricted for FREE, but it seems that E-trade is not on the same page. LOL

So much for our 'dividend'... That bites.

If they tell me anything different (you never know), I'll post the info here, but it will most likely end up the way you said it did with you.
