You are right IMGGorBust, my post was pathetic. I'm sure Imaging3 has enough money set aside to continue paying management staff and program engineers until the FDA approves the DVis. The FDA really hasn't taken that much time since Dean originally applied for FDA approval. Participating in the RSNA show is not that expensive and selling refurbished C-arms will be more than enough cash-flow to wait out a new reviewer's decision.The answers that Dean recently sent back to FDA just doesn't make sense to this new reviewer and needs Dean to reply so he completely understands what the DVis is all about. Should be a quick turnaround as this new reviewer is probably much more understanding when he gets answers to his basic and simple questions. I have entered the contest date as: April 13 - I may have a chance to win a T-shirt now. My thinking that delayed time could jeopardize the company is very irresponsible - please accept my apologies.
