Wow! Read the filings!!!!! The A/S is raised it is collateral for the DEBT! The lenders need that to cover the money they are already owed. Has the price falls they need to sell more and more to cover the debt so the A/S is raised.
A R/S is bad no matter what it will reduce the O/S for a whle and then they sell more shares driving it down. Don't even try and read more into this because there is nothing more, your are really getting your hopes up for a big let down.
There is nothing huge going on behind the scenes just the same ole same ole, but a R/S is not any good this is not a big board stock it is a POS pink and it will remain that, this use to be on the BB and it was dropped to pink, and trust me that is not because its going somewhere. Its because it is worthless, just trying to open your eyes, don't trust this guy SH, he sure doesn't care about anyone and neither do the lenders didn't you see the debt its what 15 million now, all of these shares are to cover it, when they lose bid and can't sell anymore they must R/S it. Hate to say it but if you invested that much money in this you are about to learn a huge lesson, it taught me one, I'll never forget
