TNRI Titan Resources to Acquire Gold Property
Titan Resources International Inc. (PINKSHEETS: TNRI) (FRANKFURT: 36T1) is pleased to announce that the company has signed a Letter of Intent to acquire the group of claims and mineral rights known as the "Coopers" property, located in Val-d'or Quebec, Canada.
The Coopers gold property:
The claims are located in the Carpet Township in the Val D'Or region of Northern Quebec. The six contiguous claims total approximately 400 hectares.
Val-d'Or or "Valley of Gold" is well known for its history of gold mining and base metals, specifically copper, zinc and lead.
The agreement is for a term of three years and requires Titan to make annual option payments to the current owner, as well as incur certain exploration expenditures.
