I know one thing for sure and that's that the rumor of a class action suit isn't what held it back.

One of these Camero's need to get into the right hands to start the ball rolling. That said, any material monetary event IMO could be a few years down the road. How long is it going to take GM/Cadillac to get the Iso into it's production line.

Could they be waiting for Torvec to run out of cash to pick this up for a song?

Far too many executives have become more concerned with the "four P's" - pay, perks, power and prestige - rather than making profits for shareholders.
