WTCH is trying to find itself in the waste disposal business
with the "JEEZCO" system (loading and unloading waste to save
time and resources instead of the present methods used), for
which it has the patent rights. That was the original purpose
to purchase B-right transportation. B-right just happened
to be a losing situation. CVI transportation is now using
the system as I understand it and is generating revenue.

Management is working with others at the time, and if successful,
we will be fine with our investment in this company.

I hear that Mr. Tuorto has now one or two additional
patents filed for WASTECH.
