Just because a stock has removed a restriction does not mean it sells. Most restricted shares are purchased by those who are in it for the long haul. I have seen so many bogus postings of the number of restricted shares coming due tomorrow. If the report says 12m then so be it. My restricted shares does not come due until Sept-Oct.
If you waited this long, why not another day or maybe 2 more months. Stop jumping out windows and evaluate as the information goes. If you can't afford to hold, you probably should sell and stop taking risks
