Look. I like Springroll, he's been very cordial in pm's to me and I don't want him or anyone else to be sued. BUT, you cannot libel a non-public figure in a public forum via newspaper, magazine, book, or even a silly internet message board. Especially when commerce and publicly traded entities are concerned. That's why I have posted that people need to watch their rhetoric and accusations. You cannot just say anything you want, doesn't work that way. I'm sure JDB's lawyers would not tell him to go forward with such a thing if he didn't have a leg to stand on. Think about it? You all are very smart, articulate, and intelligent, but do a little critical thinking and use some logic, AND don't libel or defame without concrete PROOF PROOF blinkety-blink PROOF.
