Volume will probably be over 20,000,000 tomorrow. The shorts and bashers we be out in force on this forum saying; "I told you so." Sounds to me that Dean has only two plans. 1.) Shelve the DVis until money can be obtained to answers the new FDA questions - that could take a very long time. 2.) Sell(for pennies on the dollar) to a company who can continue to try and satisfy FDA. The additional time caused by the questions from the FDA could very well bankrupt Imaging3. These latest questions have to be a huge blow to Dean's expectations. I'm sure Dean is not at all pleased to announce the conference call.
