That 8K was a lie as evidenced by the settlement between GFGU and RME which was submitted that outlined the fact that SPNG was never involved. You always pick and choose the information you want to believe from a group of criminals who are about to be sued by the SEC for fraudulent misrepresentation among other heinous securities crimes..
