Russell sued Northgate Securities Inc. for improper private placement brokering for CLYW. It was a FINRA abitration case, and he won. Richard Pattin is currently being investigated by FINRA. Northgate filed to have the award overturned in Texas Southern District, but they never showed up in court to contest their own filing. The judge was Hittner, the same judge who will be presidning over the Alan Stanford Ponzi case.
