The concept may have been rated in the Top 5. But that means nothing. The only thing that matters is what's built.

And if you're trying to say there's building going on, you should be able to prove it. Being in the know, as you are.

I also heard rumor that the casino building is now completed or near completion, That alone tells me they are currently working on the park.

Sorry, but hearing a rumor about something tells you nothing. I can't believe you said that!
