Told me he planned on filing a lawsuit against me. I will certainly keep the board updated as I am sure they would like to understand the nature of the case if it is ever filed and to understand how much money it is costing and what it is based on.

I also found it really odd that his attorney would allow him to give me a "heads up," but i do appreciate it. He was very polite and he even told me to have a great day.
