Doctor H.S.- We don't really have an update on share structure, but the latest I have from Pink Sheets is.....750,000,000 AS, 13,782,136 OS, and 747,000(approx)Float. What was done to finalize this deal is anyones guess, but I for one would like to see NO MORE DILUTION! If Domestic can work with the Outstanding shares, remove the Authorized shares from play, and only sell the difference between the Float and Outstanding there would still be 13,000,000 shares to sell to raise $$$$$ IMO.

I would even like to see the Outstanding Shares reduced, but I'm sure things will not be that easy! There is no telling what this new structure will be, I'll be waiting for news. Good Luck here if we get good news!
