I think EXPH shareholders need to learn about the actions of the CEO of the company they hold stock in. They need to understand what it is he is doing with his time and how he plans on spending their money.

Shareholders also need to understand that their roles in such events can have direct consequences for them.

Today I received a threatening email from none other than Mr. JD Brown. He has informed me he plans to file litigation on behalf of his company, himself, and the shareholders.

He plans to publicly disclose this action, so I figured I might as well save him the trouble.

Now I have already been made aware of parties on this very board that are a part of these discussions and I so do look forward to seeing their faces when they find out they are a party to the case.

I also very much look forward to this case shedding light on numerous issues surrounding this stock.

You see in this great country we have what is called freedom of speech. The Supreme Court has held that "There is no such thing as a false idea," in regard to libel cases. It has also long been held that the burden of proof is on the plaintiff. You see in our courts the plaintiff has to prove that not only is the information false, but that no reasonable person would believe it to be true.

My opinions are protected as well as my statements as long as they are rooted in reason.

It would be pretty easy to look at some of the conclusions I have drawn and see that they are absolutely rooted in sound logic and reason.

In many ways this suit would be great for shareholders because it would finally bring to light what has been hidden from shareholders for a very long time. Expo, JD, et al would be required to prove their assertions as true. Well how would they do that? Yep, they would have to provide documentation of many of the things that shareholders ask for every day and NEVER receive.

Kinda interesting huh?

Now if the threat of litigation is regarding stock manipulation or whatever else Expo, JD, et al want to fabricate, well I welcome such litigation as well. I haven't owned a share of EXPH in months and my last buy was a long time ago. Would be pretty easy to get that suit destroyed in a matter of minutes.

Shareholders need to be aware that direct involvement in these matters makes them fair game for any counter-suits regarding harassment or whatever other wrongdoings they participate in.

Shareholders have been asking for clarity for years where EXPH is concerned. I suspect I will finally be able to give it to them.

Strap in folks. Looks like a fun ride ahead.
