No, it was meant how I said it. Gagged=The CEO told them to no longer release the share count (transfer agent) for whatever reason. Yes, those who sold killed the run but .0056 is also the next resistance point then .007. Prob is sellers along the way are going to keep it from moving. People who bought above .007-.011. With all the dilution it will take a lot of volume to push us past resistance and sellers to reach .01. Support level is at .0027 if it breaks that then .0013.
