Sounds reasonable to me--he does not have any accountability (as yet) to HMDI shareholders, only his own.

I would be concerned if he WAS attempting to update HMDI shareholders.

If I could afford to buy all of them, I would not need to buy any of them and I sure wouldn't be spending time on the message boards!
