Phone call with Renewed World Energies President Richard Armstrong;

I took a moment to call RWE this afternoon and spoke directly with the company President, Richard Armstrong. My notes in respect to the call shown below where Mr. Armstrong . . . .

1. Confirmed intentions to take RWE public. No immediate timetable has been set as he referred to dependencies with regard to the SEC.

2. Confirmed JV agreement with BEHL including deployment of the BEHL PBR at RWE's South Carolina facility. He further commented that BEHL will visit RWE next week to begin the process. This confirms the timeline mentioned in BEHL's latest corporate update. RWE's interest in BEHL's PBR is from the standpoint of cost effectiveness, which confirms what BEHL has been claiming since Day 1. (Keep in mind that RWE has it's own PBR. I certainly found it interesting that he views BEHL's PBR as the low cost option, even to RWE's own PBR)

3. Confirmed that RWE will be represented at next month's NAA Workshop in Las Vegas. Following the workshop, RWE representatives will travel to California and join the BEHL team to discuss the control components of the BEHL PBR. This is the area where RWE feels it can add the most value

4. Confirmed that BEHL has pending orders that RWE will help fill. Again, these are BEHL's orders, not RWEs.

Certainly nothing mind-blowing here although it's great to hear confirmation from people outside of the BEHL family.
