On another board you show gung-ho support for a company that has 400M+ shares outstanding, but has only a market cap of just $9M and recently (5 days after ITKG's last update) put out a very forward looking memo promising good things to come and that loyal longs will be rewarded for their patience. This same company is willing to promise away nearly 10% of the shareholder's stake to secure a loan to meet their business needs and they continue to give options to friends and insiders, etc all the while increasing their oustanding share count.
Seems hypocritical of you, don't you think?
