AXP
Note: Credit CARD Act of 2009 goes into full effect February 2010. Once that happens, I'm thinking that AXP will test the support lines. Also same could be said of a few other banks that issue cards, but AXP primarily is a Credit Card issuer only. While it still has its own "network" it may be impacted by the new legislation. Can you draw a few support lines for AXP?
