Looks like no reverse split, at least not in the immediate future...

Thank you for your interest in Newron Sport. At this time, management has
given no indication of a reverse split. It is generally not the practice
of most companies to make binding long-term statements about their company
to large shareholder basis. I do understand your concerns about the
actions of other companies but at this time, the company has given no
indication of doing a reverse split.

The company is looking forward to presenting their company and stock to
stockbrokers in the coming month. Many brokers look for stocks which they
feel are undervalued and which they can hold onto for a year. Brokers
usually make the purchase during the first quarter of each year.
