"Greetings Anonymous Inquirer -- Last Friday afternoon, as we prepared to post our management’s discussion statement and other current data on TDGI to our Pinksheets folder, we were stopped by the advice of counsel regarding third party approvals of two, previously unannounced ventures.Among other activities, TDGI has been pursuing a significant financing venture and a new distribution partnership that each require the other party’s approval to modify the non-disclosure agreements. We have reached out to these entities for their review and approval, and expect to have a clear path to announce these ventures by mid-week. Meanwhile, to post a revised statement with redactions would present an incomplete picture of the TDGI – Hannover business. We apologize for this delay, but we feel that the scope and strength of these two developments best represent our emerging position in this industry and should be included in our management’s discussion statement"
