Arnold ,Malcolm is just going by the book .Anyways don't you think that cytogenix has a great case against Phanuel and don't you think that if we didn't have a good case the stock price would have already reflected it.I am warning all who sold ,these may be the last days of low 30s get of your butts and start buying if you want to be wealthy.JMO Do your DD before buying.
