bluesky - thanks for introducing yourself, and for providing the extra information. I, for one, don't think you drink enough for this board!

I think we're all on the edge of our seats awaiting a shareholder vote date. Do you have thoughts as to how that vote might go? It seems to me that there's enough vested interest and the target (wowjoint) is attractive enough that even the stubbornest SPAC holder might find the deal reasonably attractive. That said, it doesn't take many bad apples to nix the deal.

Any insight there?

Per the thread from Ryan, have you had any contact w/ management of the SPAC?
