Pony, they did the agreement with Access2Flow
sometime in August, and Access2Flows literature
said they could develop a process in 200 man hours.

So, theoretically, they would do a "proof of concept"
and refine the process until they get it the way they
want it, in the quantity per batch they want, and
then would be capable of mass production of Quantum
Dots dependent on the number of shifts, and number of
machines they buy and run. They could be mass producing
now, and stockpiling the QD for solar panel production,
or they could still be testing.

According to Exhibit B in the IBox, they have to show
Rice University these are the deadlines:

(e) Following the successful completion of the sponsored research goals with Michael Wong, Licensee shall demonstrate the scalability of the quantum dot production technology by January 31, 2010.

(f) Licensee shall establish a QD production pilot plant capable of producing 1000 g/week by June 30, 2010.

(g) Licensee shall start up
a full scale QD production plant by June 30, 2010.

(h) Licensee shall demonstrate a working model of a thin film quantum dot solar cell product using Rice Intellectual Property by April 30, 2010. This working model shall achieve 6% efficiency at a manufactured cell cost of <$1.50/Watt, and have a consumer warranty regarding product lifetime performance comparable to existing photovoltaics.
