First off Eric, upon further review of your very misleading post, anyone who clicked on your links can easily tell that your up to something..most don't work....yes, toms name is mentioned, they got caught selling un reg sec and they sold to 1 person n they were reimbursed. Also it says that something like 3 of 7 people mentioned were clear from charges. N gaffney was one of the names that weren't charged. Read. Good try tho. Just cover already Eric..
