Look, I'm a holder of a small stake here. I look at it as a lottery ticket. I have a pretty good idea that a lot of funny business has gone on by a lot of people including M&M.
BUT, I can't allow people to paint this as a "average down" move.
Why on earth would someone try to average down on a company who just had Wells Notices served against them?
The only reason you average down is when you think the PPS is going to go up, otherwise it's pointless.
