Talked to Fred, he called me back. The first thing I asked was does Anelot Holdings own Amelot Oil. Fred said yes, he has complete control over Amelot oil and its revenues. I asked him about production and he said they worked through the holidays cause everything they produce is being sold. He said news on production and other things is forth-coming.

I asked him who his customers were. He said he was in talks with several company's to lock them in contractually so he couldn't really talk too much about that except that a restaurant chain were among those he was in talks with both as a supplier and a buyer.

I asked him about expansion into different areas as was mentioned in a PR and he said talks are ongoing but nothing he could talk about now.

I asked him about the law suite against Fitzsimmons and he said it is still ongoing.

I asked him several more questions and he said to watch for news forth-coming. Sounds like there is a lot of things going on that he could not divulge to me but would be released via PR in near future.

One more thing, I asked him why he did not file with the SEC when he purchased his shares on the open market. He said he tried to but was told he couldn't by the SEC cause he was CEO of a non reporting company. That said, he also stated he understands that when he reports that he has purchased shares on the open market, anything to the contrary would be punishable by prison. In other words, he really has purchased all those shares. I asked him if he would be buying more and all he said was that he felt the stock was still extremely undervalued.

Fred sounded very sincere and open as much as the law would allow. He said that any share holder with questions could phone him at 1(866)-669-8373.

That said, he sounds very busy and I will only say this, call him only with serious questions. Sounds like he is very busy as he only had time to return my call on a Sunday. Obviously, he works weekends too.
