Crunch nice post, there is huge potential here just a matter of getting all their ducks in a row. There is alot of groundwork that needs to be in place to make this happen. Water contract (check) a means to ship the water (check) now just the means to distribute the huge quantity of water (in the process) this will be a big winner IMHO
