I can think of two reasons...

1. Good = waiting for the right time....somthing in the works..

2. Bad = Either the plans he had or didnt have fell apart or nothing transpired at all with this shell.



I gotta say, I think the key was the reverse merger AND the fact he hasnt diluted it back up like most other pinkies.

i really think this all started with the reverse and he did the reverse for great things instead of the ole ATM machine I originally thought it was going to be for him. We havnt seen the WASH RINSE REPEAT cycle here after the reverse....

The way CTNO sits, PRIME for a RM.....Share price is about attractive.....some one could come right in, over a penny, instead of sub penny catch, and pump and dump...
