Maybe a little of both - but remember the 504 ..

sellers don't care about share price - just redemption $$

This will rebound quickly once the faucet is turned off. The ceiling is 2 billion shares. That used to be a big number but not in pinkie land anymore.

I believe we see the turnaround next week.

Some of my biggest gains have come off of S-8 extinguishments - same story here I believe.
