Im trying to find out if Midsummer investments holds all those shares by choice or did they get them for the exchange of any outstanding convertible debentures?

I dont know if Midsummer had any notes from VKNG??? Im tryin to find out i dont wanna get my hopes up for nothing... lol

So if anyone knows please pass that info on
